OVERALL AIM - to do between 36 and 39min for 10k in June
PURPOSE - to build strength / speed on hills
SESSION
Warm-up 2mile run, carrying 2 x 2kb hand weights
Main-Set 8 x hill reps opposite Gorey, carrying 2 x 2kb hand weights
Warm-dn 2mile run, carrying 2 x 2kb hand weights
COMMENTS
Hard session, slow, felt OK. Will build to x 10 and add speed
