Today's key workout: Running Hill Reps

2mile warm-up 20mins
8xRue de Garenne (Daisy Hill opposite Gorey castle)
Going off 3mins x 8 = 24mins
1:48, 1:46, 1:46, 1:38, 1:38, 1:36, 1:36, 1:34
2mile warm-down 16mins
Last time I did this was 5 Aug 2013 x5 in 1:43 off 3:30 so defiantly better than then.
On the 7 Aug 2013 I injured by achilles, the injury which has taken me 5 month to recover from!
