Today's Training (TT)

10:45am 3.5hours mountain biking - muddy, wet and fun
Probably only did 35 miles, rubbish Garmin packed-up in the rain

4:00pm Gym
Chest Press 2x16kg kettle, 12,12,10,8,6,12,12
Shoulder Press 2x10kg dumb, 12,12,10,8,6,12,12 
Back 1Arm Row 22.5kg dumb, 12, 25kg 12,10,8,6,12,12
Tricep Extn 16kg kettle, 12,12,10,8,6,12,12
Bicep Curls 2x14kg dumb, 12,12,10,8,6,12,12
Cool-dn

Weather tomorrow is predicted dry till 10am so what-ever I do it will be early.
Wind is from the south so a paddle on the north coast would be OK
Or might just do my hill reps, which would be better for my triathlon training
