MONDAY 20 JAN 14
6:30am missed gym at FitnessFirst - knackered after weekend
5:30pm 2 x spinn v hard 10min on 2min off x 6
TUESDAY 21 JAN 14
6:30am missed swim, tired. Need to think about Tough Guy at end of week
5:30pm felt better after work 4 x 400m swim as swim, pull, paddle, swim, pull
6:30pm missed Spartans' Run (decided to do swim instead)
WEDNESDAY 22 JAN 14
6:30am ???? Can't remember! Swim with Tri Club 2500meters +
5:30pm Bear Complex (ligher weight!) Then 5:45pm spinn class at BodyRox
THURSDAY 23 JAN 14
7:00am Rest (busy with work)
FRIDAY 24 JAN 14
7:00am Rest (busy with work)
SATURDAY 25 JAN 14

8:00am Tough Guy, 6mile run + obstacles!
